As the Founder and CEO, I would like to welcome all new and prospective clients on-board. Throughout this short but thorough blog I will be telling you a little more about who we are and what we do, and how it will benefit your business through sales, brand awareness and customer retention.
So firstly, a bit about us:
We started life back in 2012 as an events photography agency, producing digital media for festivals, clubs and bars, parties and corporate events. Throughout the years we worked closely with diverse clients all with different goals and approaches with our digital media as their primary focus of content, and during this process learned how to achieve the best results through varied marketing techniques. As the business grew, so did our hunger to do and learn more, so we doubled down on our marketing offerings and soon realised it was clear we needed to change our direction, and with that our identity - so BuzzBoxx was born.
So what makes us unique to other marketing agencies? We understand that every client is different and requires different strategies, and we understand that marketing isn't always about sales.
During our market research for BuzzBoxx, we found a consistently recurring theme throughout the market: Agencies were offering "tried and tested techniques" that they would implement for all their clients, not understanding that every business is different, with different end-goals and different identities, so from the start we knew we had to be personable, adaptable and results driven. We don't offer one-size-fits-all packages, we just believe in delivering quality content that works for your specific business and goals. More importantly we're not afraid to say no - if we genuinely don't think we can help or if we're not the right fit for you, we won't hesitate to be upfront and honest, we're not in the game of being misleading for short term profit, we want to develop your marketing and build your business so we can both benefit in the long-run.
We also understand the value of non-sales led marketing - what do we mean by that?
